Before You Book
- Preparation for your event and clean up time must be included in your rental. Please take this into consideration when deciding on how long to rent the venue.
- We are not always on site during your rental so please take this in to consideration when planning your event.
- Please note only the first floor is handicap accessible. Due to the historic nature of the building, the second floor is not handicap accessible.
- Capacity: Lower Level 45; Upper Lower 45
- Our spaces are not fully furnished so you may need to make extra arrangements for additional items that are needed for your event.
- A commercial kitchen is available for your use and is already included in your rental rate. Caterers are welcome.
- We provide garbage bags, cleaning supplies and equipment, along with dish towels and dish wash cloths. We do have a small variety of untensils in case you forgot something.
- Tableclothes on the tables in the gathering room are available for rent.
