Booking Your Event is Easy!

1. Preparation for your event and clean up time must be included in your rental.  Please take this into consideration when deciding on how long to rent the venue.
2. We are not always on site during your rental so please take this in to consideration when planning your event.
3. Please note only the first floor is handicap accessible. Due to the historic nature of the building, the second floor is not handicap accessible. 
4. Capacity:  Lower Level 45; Upper Lower 45
5. Our spaces are not fully furnished so you may need to make extra arrangements for additional items that are needed for your event.
6. A commercial kitchen is available for your use and is already included in your rental rate. Caterers are welcome.                           
7. Your Sweet Pickins Venue does not allow smoking or vaping  in or outside the venue

If you are hosting a reception only, our pricing is the same as for any other private event.

Wedding fees apply only when extra services are requested, such as:

• Ceremony setup and takedown
• Moving furniture or changing room layouts
• Setting up and putting away ceremony chairs
• Room transitions between the ceremony and reception
• Other custom setup services
